Course Trainer
The course will be conducted by award-winning chef Jackson Lee. Jackson is the founder and head chef of Carrara, and has been in the F&B industry for 10 years. Jackson heads Carrara's food manufacturing plant which is ISO22000:2018, HACCP & HALAL certified and manufactures various desserts that are distributed wholesale to more than 200 over F&B brands & supermarkets in Singapore & overseas. He leads a team of operational staff that manages the F&B operations of the two award-winning Carrara outlets in Singapore that have achieved various awards & accolades. Prior to starting Carrara, Jackson was the founder & chief designer of Delreno Design & Build, an interior design & construction company that has designed and set up numerous F&B concepts across Singapore. To date, he has conducted numerous training on F&B related courses to the public and also various government organizations & companies like Google, Coca Cola, Spotify, Exxon Mobil, Autodesk, Carousell, Foodpanda, Twitter, IBM, Chevron, Obayashi Corporation, Keppel Capital, CapitalLand, L'Oreal, Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), Ministry of Education (MOE), Minsitry of Health (MOH), SkillsFuture Singapore, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), NEA, EDB & Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) among many others.
