Designed for beginners and industry professionals who are looking to take their ice cream and gelato making skills to the next level, this immersive gelato making course will enable you to master professional ice cream and gelato making techniques while having lotsa fun with your friends and colleagues.

​We will be sharing with you professional ice cream and gelato making techniques stemming from 12 years of experience in producing gelato on a commercial scale for 5 star hotels, award-winning restaurants, international food chains, gelato shops and supermarkets.  Join our gelato making course in Singapore and take home the skills to make delicious, artisanal gelato anytime!

In our basic ice cream making class,
you will learn ice cream making skills using everyday ingredients and tools. You do NOT need any ice cream machines at all! We will equip you with the ability to develop basic ice cream recipe from scratch at home. The ice cream making class venue & ingredients are all 100% HALAL certified​!

Ice Cream Making Class (Offsite)
​If you can't attend the ice cream making class at our premises, we will bring the ice cream making class to you!

We have conducted our ice cream making classes at offices, homes, schools and even at a construction site office! Conducting the ice cream making class offsite will give you the choice of selecting your preferred venue that will be the most convenient for your participants,  flexibility of choosing your time and also the size of the venue that can accommodate your participant size.

  • Production process & their importance

  • Calculating the anti-freezing point and sweetness of sorbet
  • Hands on production of sorbet using commercial batch freezer & pasteurizer

Day 2 (9am to 5pm)

Ice Cream Making & Gelato Making class Trainer
The ice cream making and gelato making class will be conducted by award-winning chef Jackson Lee. Jackson is the founder and head chef of Carrara, and has been manufacturing frozen desserts  for the past 12 years. Jackson heads a team of gelato & ice cream chefs at Carrara's ISO22000:2018 & HACCP certified gelato & ice cream manufacturing plant which produces more than 1 metric ton of gelato on a daily basis. Carrara's gelato cafe has been operating for 12 years and counting. Jackson is keen to share the secret to succeed in the gelato business based on his personal experience running the business.


​To date, he has conducted ice cream making classes to the public and also various government organizations & companies like Google, Spotify, Exxon Mobil, Autodesk, Carousell, Foodpanda, Twitter, IBM, Chevron, Obayashi Corporation, Keppel Capital, CapitalLand, L'Oreal, Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), Ministry of Education (MOE), Minsitry of Health (MOH), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) & Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) among many others.
