We are an award-winning cafe having clinched the 1ST runner up position in the Singapore Gelato Championship 2019. We have also been listed as Singapore TOP Cafes 2020 by Wine & Dine Singapore. We believe that food is a medium of human connection and a representation of our community. We constantly develop new flavours and dishes that represent our communities, and hope to connect everyone in our community one scoop at a time.
OUR STORY
ICE CREAM SHACKIt all started back in early 2015 when we opened our first outlet, Ice Cream Shack at Bukit Merah Central. It was an ice cream shop and we made our own ice cream & gelato from scratch since day one . We only served our handmade ice cream & gelato, waffles & cone when we first opened. Yes. Nothing else. Not even coffee or tea.

DANDELION CAFEIn the 2nd half of 2016, we expanded our menu serving a variety of western entrees & beverages. We revamped the interior of the cafe and rebranded ourselves as Dandelion cafe. With the support of our customers & residents around Bukit Merah area, we continued to expand our menu further, giving you more dining options.

CARRARA CAFE
In December 2017, we expanded and opened our 2nd outlet, Carrara cafe in the Alexandra area near ABC Brickworks market. This 2nd outlet is more spacious and has an even more extensive menu with greater choice of food, desserts, gelato flavours and beverage options. The menu at Carrara also reflects our food philosophy of culture & community representation, and offers a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes and desserts. Up till today, we still make our own gelato, waffle & cone from scratch. Yes, scratch as in from raw sugar milk etc...Yes, even the cone.
