We are an award-winning cafe and ISO22000:2018 certified ice cream gelato manufacturer. Carrara clinched the 1ST runner up position in the Singapore Gelato Championship 2019 and has been listed as Singapore TOP Cafes 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 by Wine & Dine Singapore. We have been awarded the Spirit of Enterprise Award and SOE- Dian Xiao Er Social Contributions Award in 2022. Carrara has been featured on national TV and radio & various media publications over the years.

OUR STORY
ICE CREAM SHACKIt all started back in early 2015 when we opened our first outlet, Ice Cream Shack at Bukit Merah Central. It was an ice cream parlour and we made our own ice cream & gelato from scratch since day one . We only served our handmade ice cream & gelato, waffles & cone when we first opened. Yes. Nothing else. Not even coffee or tea.

DANDELION CAFEIn the 2nd half of 2016, we expanded our menu serving a variety of western entrees & beverages. We revamped the interior of the cafe and rebranded ourselves as Dandelion cafe. With the support of our customers & residents around Bukit Merah area, we continued to expand our menu further, giving you more dining options.

CARRARA CAFE
In December 2017, we expanded and opened our 2nd outlet, Carrara cafe in the Alexandra area near ABC Brickworks market. This 2nd outlet is more spacious and has an even more extensive menu with greater choice of food, desserts, gelato flavours and beverage options. In 2021, we further expanded our presence in Singapore, and opened an even more spacious outlet at Toa Payoh North that is just next to Braddell MRT station. The menu at Carrara reflects our food philosophy of culture & community representation, and offers a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes and desserts. Up till today, we still make our own gelato, waffle & cone from scratch. Yes, scratch as in from raw sugar milk etc...Yes, even the cone.
ICE CREAM & GELATO SUPPLIER
Over the years, besides serving our handcrafted artisanal gelato at our cafe outlets, we also supply them wholesale to more than 200 over F&B establishments such as ice cream parlours, cafes, bistros, pubs, hotels, restaurants & supermarkets in Singapore. We also provide OEM white label contract manufacturing services for various brands to sell our products under their own brands. We currently also export our products overseas to overseas distributors.
We operate an ISO22000:2018, HACCP and HALAL certified food manufacturing factory with a production capacity of 72,000 liters of gelato per month. We currently have developed more than over 300 over gelato flavours to suit our B2B clients needs.
