Besides being a gelato & premix manufacturer and ingredients supplier, we have been serving customers our innovative culinary creations at our cafe since 2015.   At Carrara cafe, we serve a variety of western entrees in addition to our homemade gelato & ice cream. CARRARA GELATO

Rich in flavour and low in fat & sugar, the gelato at Carrara are painstakingly handmade using the finest ingredients. Our gelato does not contain any artifical flavouring or gelatine. With less air & fats than traditional ice cream, Carrara's gelato offers a healthier dessert option. To date, we have more than 300 different gelato flavours. We are constantly developing new flavours to entice your taste buds so come on down to see what's on display at the gelato freezer!
