Gelato Base Premix

The gelato base premix is a premix to add to milk, cream and sugar to create a plethora of gelato & ice cream flavours. Gelato base premix offers the following benefits:

Simplifies formulation of recipes
Saves storage space of multiple ingredients
Reduces the chance of human error

Types of gelato base premix:

Base 10 gelato: Comprises mainly dextrose, emulsifiers and stabilisers. You only have to add milk, whipping cream, sugar, skimmed milk powder and dextrose to the Base 10 gelato premix to create a gelato base.
Dosage: 10g/kg mix

Base 50 gelato: Comprises mainly dextrose, emulsifiers and stabilisers. You only have to add milk, whipping cream, sugar, skimmed milk powder to the Base 50 gelato premix to create a gelato base.
Dosage: 50g/kg mix

Gelato paste offers convenience by having ready-to-use ingredients without having to store and process raw ingredients. All our gelato paste are imported directly from Italy and are all HALAL certified:
